Tampa State Bank extends an invitation to a reception April 2 at the Tampa location celebrating the banks’ 100 years of banking.

Engagements and proposed wedding dates announced in this issue include those of Kristina Anderson and Mike Helmer, July 3; Jody Wulf and Bryan Ammeter, May 22, and Jynifor Baker and Josh Bryant, April 17.

Seniors Nikki Moody and Justin Brookens have been named as March students of the month at Marion High School. Nikki is the daughter of Sherie Moody and John Mulvenon. Justin is the son of Bob and Anita Brookens.

Sarah Cordone and Joshua Wildin were united in marriage March 20 during a candlelight ceremony at Valley United Methodist Church.

The third grade boys who participated in the first Marion-Florence REC basketball league were James Svoboda, Brayden Putter, Zac Robson, Jacob Harper, Wiley Lundy, Jordan Hett, Ethan Hett, and Austin Pedersen. Pictured with the boys are coaches Gary Hett and David Hett.
