A raccoon was seen going down the chimney of a Marion County Lake cabin. The owner was contacted. Several neighbors helped and the coon finally walked out the open door. However, there were babies in the attic and when neighbors saw the mother coon tearing shingles off the roof they again called the owner. The babies were reunited with their mother and a screen placed over the chimney. They haven’t been seen since.
