73 attend Higgins-Heller reunion at lake

Four generations of the descendants of Daniel and Sara (Heller) Higgins were represented by 73 attendees at the 82nd annual reunion of the Heller-Higgins family July 22 at the Marion County Lake Hall.

The family had a pot luck dinner and an afternoon of visiting.

President Jack Higgins conducted a short business meeting. Brad Dody will be president for 2013.

Updates from those unable to attend were read.

Remarkable with her attendance again this year was Hazel Selvy, 96, of Colorado Springs, Colo.

The 83rd reunion will be July 28, 2013.
