A reception will follow at Aulne Bible Church.

Survivors include his parents, Jim and Carol Hett of Marion; special friend and significant other Collene McDonald of Emporia; sister Kimberly (and husband Mike) Metcalf of Kansas City, Kansas; sister-in-law Marannde Hett of Marion;
and daughter Amanda Parker of Coyle, Oklahoma.

Tim was preceded in death by his brother, James

While working for the railroad, Tim severely injured his back, preventing him from enjoying a comfortable life.

He had a natural talent for fixing things, an actual MacGyver. He also was a talented flintknapper, making hundreds of arrowheads and such for others. He was so talented that he was able to fool the best experts with his work.
