100 block of North Fourth Street, Marion

A 1992 Pontiac passenger car, driven by Ruth Arlene Kaiser, 64, 1916 Wagonwheel Road, Lincolnville, sideswiped the driver’s side of a 2003 Ford Windstar van at 12:15 p.m. Aug. 28, as it was parked in the 100 block of North Fourth Street, Marion. The van is registered to Dale R. Johnson, 118 N. Fourth St., Marion.

1000 block of Indigo Road near 100th

Larry K. Jost, 63, 1144 120th Road, Peabody, was driving north on Indigo Road in a 2003 Buick passenger car at 8:02 p.m. Sept. 17, when a deer ran onto the road in front of the vehicle. Jost was unable to avoid hitting the animal. The animal was killed.

Remington Road near 230th

Andrew Ray Brown, 24, 312 N. D St., Ramona, was driving north on Remington Road in a 1999 Mitsubishi passenger car at 1 p.m. Sept. 18, when the vehicle struck some potholes in the road causing a ball joint in the steering column to break. Kelsey Lynn Jaume, 17, same address as the driver, was a passenger.

700 block of East Main Street, Marion

Lindsey Christene Richmond, 20, 309 S. Coble St., Marion, was driving a 2002 Dodge Stratus at 5:30 a.m. Sept. 19, when she stopped at the corner of Lincoln and Main Street, Marion. She pulled onto Main Street and was struck by a 1999 Chevrolet passenger car, driven by Deanna R. Steiner, 67, 2867 Remington Road, Lincolnville.

600 block of 290th Road near Falcon

Kent D. Becker, 57, 680 290th Road, Durham, was eastbound on 290th Road in a 2003 Toyota passenger car at 6:15 a.m. Sept. 22, when a deer ran on to the road and was struck by the vehicle.
