These accidents were reported to Marion County law enforcement agencies:

Nighthawk Road near 60th

Tate P. McCarty, 45, 228 S. Lincoln St., Marion, was backing from a drive on Nighthawk Road at 4:25 p.m. Sept. 16 in a 2008 Ford pickup, when his vehicle struck a 2010 Toyota passenger car driven by Rene A. Fletcher, 44, Halstead.

U.S. 50 and Sunflower Road

Stuart F. Parks, 51, Wichita, was driving a 1986 Ford pickup at 8:30 p.m. Sept. 16 on U.S. 50 and was attempting to make a left turn onto Sunflower Road, when Meaghan C. Goodman, 25, St. Louis, Mo., tried to pass the pickup, striking the driver’s side. She was driving a 2010 Dodge passenger car.

Parks was taken by Peabody ambulance to St. Luke Hospital with possible injuries.

Kanza Road near 270th

Don E. Arnold, 66, 2375 Kanza Road, Hillsboro, was driving north on Kanza Road at 8:05 a.m. Sept. 21, when a deer came out of a north ditch and was struck by the 2005 Chevrolet pickup.

250th Road near Falcon

Michael Shane Jones, 41, Stockton, was driving a 2007 Ford pickup east on 250th Road at 10:20 a.m. Sept. 21, when a deer entered the road and was struck.

K-15 near 340th Road

Lauryn Mounts, 18, 426 170th Road, Hillsboro, was southbound on K-15 at 11:40 p.m. Sept. 21, when a deer entered the road. Mounts, driving a 2002 Pontiac passenger vehicle, swerved to miss the animal sending the car into a west ditch. She then overcorrected causing the car to roll.

Mounts was transported to Hillsboro Community Hospital by Tampa ambulance.

2100 block of Indigo Road near 220th

Justin Nathan Kent, 20, 984 E. 220th Road, Hillsboro, was driving a 2006 Ford passenger vehicle at 6:08 a.m. Sept. 23 south on Indigo Road, when a deer ran out of an east ditch and struck the side of the vehicle.

U.S. 77 near 80th Road

Seth Tasker Pilgrim, 40, Fort Sill, Okla., was driving north on U.S. 77 in a 2000 Porsche Boxster at 6:25 p.m. Sept. 23, when the left rear tire blew out, causing the car to enter an east ditch and roll on its top.

1500 block 190th Road near Old Mill

Dale L. Lowry, 34, Chanute, was driving west on 190th Road at 9:40 a.m. Sept. 27 in a 2005 Ford truck, when a deer crossed the road and was struck.

90th Road near Mustang

Jennifer K. Lopez, 54, 803 N. Olive St., Peabody, was westbound on 90th Road at 9:50 p.m. Sept. 28 in a 2005 Pontiac passenger vehicle, when a deer ran out of a north ditch and was struck.

Joseph Lopez, of the same address as the driver, was a passenger.
