Vehicles collide in parking lot at 2374 310th Road

Robert G. Ehrlich, 75, 2060 U.S. 56, Marion, was backing from a parking spaceat 2374 310th Road in a 1994 Chevrolet pickup at 5 p.m. Sept. 11, when the truck was struck by a 2004 Ford pickup driven by Judith Kay Stika, 66, 2994 Quail Creek Road, Lincolville.

Van vs. deer at milepost 285 U.S. 56 near K-168

Ngoc H. Nguyen, 22, Wichita, was driving west on U.S. 56 in a 2001 Dodge van at 1:55 a.m. Sept. 13, when a deer ran in to the path of the vehicle. Nguyen was unable to avoid hitting the deer.

Deer is struck at 340th Road near Upland

Gail M. Lorson, 47, Hope, was driving a 2009 Dodge east on 340th Road at 7:40 a.m. Sept. 13, when a deer came out of a south ditch and was struck.
