Marion County Park and Lake

Mathew Berg, 26, Salina, backed into a speed limit sign in front of the Lake Hall at Marion County Lake at 10 a.m. Sept. 10. There was no damage to the sign but his 2003 Chevy pickup received some scrapes. Brian Kimbrough, 26, Great Bend, was a passenger.

1400 block of 170th Road

Dean Hiebert, 63, was westbound on 170th at 11:02 p.m. Sept. 6 when a cow entered the road and he could not avoid hitting it. Hiebert, 1544 Limestone, Hillsboro, was driving his 1997 Pontiac passenger car at the time.

800 block of East D Street

Lynette Hiebert, 29, 508 E. Grand Avenue, Hillsboro, struck a 1998 Ford passenger car while backing her 2004 Honda from a parking space on private property at 9:32 p.m. Aug. 31. The Ford is registered to Justin Groening, 208 N. Fourth Street, Marion.
