The following accidents were reported to Marion County law enforcement agencies:

U.S. 77 near 370th Road:

Aksana Viktoma Deibel, 44, of Texas, was northbound on U.S. 77 near 370th in a 2001 Kia passenger car, owned by Paul J. Waskosky, of Junction City, at 4 a.m. Jan. 22, when she stated that she thought she fell asleep, went into an east ditch, crossed the highway, and went into a west ditch and through a barbed wire fence.

100 block of South Washington Street, Hillsboro

Meredith Dawn Lamkin, 16, 412 W. Grand Avenue, Hillsboro, was eastbound on Grand Avenue in a 2000 Nissan passenger car at 8:28 p.m. Jan. 29, when the driver lost control on the snow-packed street and struck the curb. Heather K. Toal, 16, 403 S. Main St., Hillsboro, was a passenger in the car that was registered to Dawn Lamkin, of the same address as the driver. There were no injuries.

B and Jefferson streets, Hillsboro

A 1999 Saturn passenger car, driven by Leigh K. Costello, 22, The Colony, Texas, was southbound on Jefferson Street at 11:25 a.m. Jan. 30, when the driver attempted to make a left turn onto B Street and struck a 2007 Pontiac passenger car, driven by Whitney Nicole Allen, 21, 107 S. Jefferson St., Hillsboro, which was eastbound on B Street. Thomas Aaron Jackson Jr., 24, 400 S. Jefferson St., Hillsboro, was a passenger in the Allen car. There were no injuries and more than $1,000 in damages. The Pontiac was registered to Debra Allen, of the same address as the driver. The Saturn was registered to Bruce A. Polkinghorne of Great Bend.
