The following accidents were reported to Marion County law enforcement agencies:

900 block 140th Road near Indigo

Brandon J. Cummings, 30, 851 140th Road, Hillsboro, was driving west in a 2004 Ford F-15 at 8 p.m. March 5 when a deer ran into the passenger side of the truck.

No injuries were reported.

Intersection at A Street and Kennedy

Karleen J. Vogt, 63, 109 N. Wilson St., was driving east on A Street in a 2004 Chrysler 300 at 5:45 p.m. March 9, upon reaching the intersection, Vogt attempted to make a U-turn and struck the front driver’s side corner of a 2006 Pontiac passenger car driven by Kay L. Klassen, 42, 922 240th Road, Hillsboro. Passengers in the vehicles were Shaylinn M. Vogt, 6, 109 N. Wilson St., Hillsboro; Agustina S. Mata, 30, and Johnathan M. Ruacho, 10, 318 240th Road, Hillsboro; and Brandon S. Klassen, 11, 922 240th Road, Hillsboro. The owner of the Pontiac is Dale Klassen, same address as driver.

No injuries were reported.

Jade Road near U.S. 56

Marilyn F. Ratzlaff, 75, 2215 Jade Road, Hillsboro, was driving west on Jade Road in a 2003 Buick passenger car at 6:45 p.m. March 9, when a deer ran from a west ditch and was struck and killed by the vehicle.

416 S. Date Street, Hillsboro

Milton L. Kaiser, 80, 107 S. Date St., Hillsboro, was driving a 2009 Chevrolet in a parking lot at 416 S. Date St., Hillsboro, at 3:30 p.m. March 10, when he struck a 2010 Chevrolet that was parked on the lot. Both vehicles are registered to Midway Motors Supercenter Inc. of Hillsboro.

314 W. 6th Street, Florence

Mary A. Britton, 16, 1023 Marion St., Florence, was backing out of the driveway at 314 W. 6th St., Florence, in a 1991 Chevrolet passenger car registered to Barbara Clay, same address as driver, at 7:35 a.m. March 11, when the rear bumper was struck by a 2004 Pontiac driven by Carri A. Johnson, 36, 210 W. 6th St., Florence. The vehicle is registered to U-Save Car and Truck, Colorado Springs.

No injuries were reported.
