Clarice Warkentin, 65, 310 S. Date St., Hillsboro, struck a parking barrier pole by gas pumps at 9 p.m. April 10 after trying to avoid another vehicle. Warkentin was driving her 2003 Ford passenger car.

An unknown vehicle struck a natural gas meter in the alley behind 205 S. Washington St. then left the scene at 9:30 a.m. April 6.

100 block of North Madison Street, Hillsboro

Shiela Nuss, 64, 116 N. Madison St., Hillsboro, struck Cody Arnold, 23, 112 N. Madison St., Hillsboro, backing out of a parking space at 5:25 p.m. April 19. No injuries were reported in the accident. Nuss was driving her 2005 Chrysler passenger car and Arnold was driving a 1994 Dodge pickup truck.

812 E. D St., Hillsboro

Hulda Loewen, 84, 366 160th St., Hillsboro, backed into Evelyn Delk, 93, 607 S. Main St., Hillsboro, while backing out of a parking stall at Wendy’s Restaurant at 12:45 p.m. April 22. Delk was on foot. A witness at the drive said Delk was underneath the car. Delk was transported by Hillsboro Ambulance to Hillsboro Community Hospital by 1:32 p.m. Dolores Johnson, 85, 200 Willow Road, Hillsboro, was a passenger in the vehicle, a 2000 Chevy passenger car registered to Loewen.
