40th road west o f Nighthawk

Glenn Morgan, 26, 506 Vine St., Peabody, struck a tree after swerving to avoid a deer driving west on 40th Road at 8 p.m. on May 20. Morgan was driving his 2006 Jeep sport utility vehicle. No injuries were reported in the accident.

Mile post 318 on U.S. 77

Allison Olive, 22, 11501 E. 87th St. S, Derby, over corrected and lost control of her vehicle after her right tire dropped off into the rock shoulder driving north on U.S. 77 at 12:46 p.m. on May 21. Olive was transported by Lifeteam helicopter to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita by 1:59 p.m. She was driving her 2004 Honda passenger car.
