The following accidents were reported to Marion County law enforcement agencies:

130th Road near Whitetail Road:

Jayme R. Linder, 17, 1719 140th Road, Marion, was westbound on 130th Road near Whitetail Road in a 1997 Dodge Dakota pickup registered to Joel C. Linder, of the same address as the driver, at 9:15 p.m. Feb. 2, when a deer entered a roadway. The driver sweved to miss the deer and struck a bridge railing. Cody Cook, 18, 712 Main, Florence was a passenger. Marion County Sheriff Deputy Larry Starkey reported Cody was air-lifted by Lifeteam to Wesley Medical Center, Wichita. Linder was not injured.

K-150 near Clover Road:

Erma L. Mowbray, 64, McPherson, was westbound on K-150 near Clover Road in a 2005 Dodge Caravan at 10:20 p.m. Feb. 8, when she fell asleep and ran off the north side of the road. The driver over-corrected when returning to the road, lost control, and went into a north ditch. Marion County Undersheriff David Huntley reported there were no injuries and more than $1,000 in damages.

290th Road near Limestone Road:

Vincent C. Madron, 31, 303 N. E Street, Ramona, was westbound on 290th Road near Limestone Road in a 1999 Ford passenger vehicle at 6:30 a.m. Feb. 11, when he lost control on the slush-covered road, entered a south ditch, and coming to rest on the driver’s side after striking a sign. Marion County Sheriff Deputy Duane McCarty reported there were no injuries and more than $1,000 in damages.

60th Road near Old Mill Road:

Susan K. Hoffmann, 45, 401 N. Ohio, Burns, was westbound on 60th Road near Old Mill Road in a 2006 Chevrolet passenger car at 7:25 a.m. Feb. 11, when she lost control on snow and came to rest on the driver’s side in a north ditch. Marion County Sheriff Deputy Travis Wilson reported there were no injuries and more than $1,000 in damages.

190th Road near Kanza Road:

Rebecca L. Walsh, 48, 2413 Old Mill Road, Marion, was eastbound on 190th Road near Kanza Road in a 2005 Dodge Durango at 8:45 a.m. Feb. 11, when she lost control on the slushy road, entered a south ditch, and overturned, resting on the top of the vehicle. Marion County Sheriff Robert Craft reported there were no injuries and more than $1,000 in damages.

190th Road near Limestone Road:

Julie K. Henderson, 37, 511 S. Wilson, Hillsboro, was eastbound on 190th Road near Limestone Road in a 2002 Dodge Caravan at 9:24 a.m. Feb. 11, when she lost control on the slushy road, entered a north ditch, and struck a pond dam. She went over the pond dam and came to rest partially in the water. Chloe S. Henderson, 4, of the same address as the driver, was a passenger. Sheriff Craft reported that there were no injuries and more than $1,000 in damages.
