The following accidents were reported to Marion County law enforcement agencies:
Indigo Road near 180th Road:
Kenneth D. Kliewer, 47, 308 N. Washington, Hillsboro, was northbound on Indigo Road near 180th Road in a 2005 Pontiac Vibe at 9:30 p.m. March 26, when a deer came from a west ditch and was struck. Marion County Sheriff Deputy Matt Vogt reported the driver was not injured and less than $1,000 in damages.
U.S.-50 and U.S.-77:
Claude R. Guffey, 71, Benson, Ariz., was eastbound on U.S.-50 and U.S.-77 in a 1989 Ford Ranger at 4 a.m. April 3, when he stated he did not see the roundabout until he hit it, and drove through it. The Ford had three blown tires and bent rims. Marion County Sheriff Duputy Larry Starkey reported no injuries and less than $1,000 in damages.
