These accident reports were filed by Marion County law enforcement agencies:

Kanza Road near 260th Road

Daniell E. Zimmerman, 24, McPherson, struck a deer at 9:15 p.m, May 29 while driving a 1999 Plymouth Voyager northbound on Kanza Road. Jessica Zimmerman, 19, was a passenger. No injuries but damage of more than $1,000 were reported.

290th Road near Remington Road

Harold D. Martin, 63, Carlton, struck a deer at 9:30 a.m. May 30 while driving a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado eastbound on 290th Road. No injuries but more than $1,000 in damages were reported.

130th Road near K-15

Steven J. Cress, 26, Newton, struck a mailbox with his 1988 Ford pickup at 11:30 p.m. June 2. No injuries but more than $1,000 in damages were reported.

K-150 near Bluestem Road

Jeremiah J. Johnson, 27, Emporia, struck a deer at 9:10 p.m. June 4 while driving a 2004 Chevrolet westbound on K-150. Jared A. Smith, 25, 815 E. Main, Marion was a passenger. No injuries but more than $1,000 in damages were reported.

Indigo Road near 130th Road

Jason L. Myers, 33, of 308 N. Main St., Hillsboro, struck one of eight cattle on Indigo Road while driving north in a 1999 Pontiac at 12:40 a.m. June 5. Myers refused ambulance services.

Main Street near Elm Street, Marion

George H. Cox, 41, Belton, Mo., struck a parked City of Marion 1999 Dodge pickup while backing a 2007 Ford van a 10:35 p.m. June 6 on Main Street near Elm Street, Marion. No injuries but more than $1,000 in damages were reported.

U.S. 77 near 60th Road

Belinda S. Robinson, 32, of 104 N. Ohio, Burns, struck a deer while driving a 1995 Oldsmobile northbound at 6:50 a.m. June 8. No injuries but more than $1,000 in damages were reported.

U.S.56/77 near 350th Road:

Corey R. Wells, 19, Halstead, fell asleep while driving a 1998 Mazda southbound at 2 p.m. June 8, police said the car went into a ditch, spun, hit an embankment and rolled landing on its wheels facing the opposite direction. No injuries but more than $1,000 in damages were reported.
