K-15 north of 340th Road

The driver of a black Dodge veered off the road while heading northbound on K-15, sideswiping a guardrail, 9:30 a.m. Sept. 21. The driver got back onto the road and did not report the accident.

140th Road a quarter mile from K-15

Tara Lehrman, 29, 104 S. Buller, Goessel, struck a deer 6 a.m. Sept. 22, while driving her silver Honda, registered to Justin Lehrman of the same address, west on 140th Road. The deer ran off wounded. No injuries were reported from the accident.

Sixth Street west of Marion Street, Florence

Daniel Catlin, 22, 210 W. Sixth St., Florence, veered his 1992 Ford to the right on Sixth street at 12:35 a.m. Sept. 17 and struck a 1995 Ford parked along the road owned by Kevin Tidwell, 211 St. Adams St., Hillsboro. Catlin was allegedly under the influence of alcohol and suffered an injury. He was transported by Florence ambulance to St. Luke Hospital.

1300 block of Indigo Road north of 130th Road

Penelophy Nelson, 41, of 316 N. Birch St., Hillsboro, struck and killed a deer 4:25 p.m. Sept. 15 while driving her 2003 Chrysler on Indigo Road. No injuries were reported from the accident.

700 block of U.S. 56, half mile east of Falcon Road

Barbara Taylor-Mullen, 61, Dodge City, struck and killed a deer 5:35 a.m. Sept. 15 while driving her 2004 Chevrolet eastbound on U.S. 56. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
