Elizabeth J. Krause, 39, 4805 Sawyers Dr., Des Moines, Iowa, and Jennifer A. Johnson, 45, 2557 S. Ellis, Wichita, collided at 3:35 p.m. April 18. Police reported Krause, driving her 2012 Chrysler minivan, failed to yield to Johnson, driving her 1997 Chevrolet sedan. Johnson was injured, and her passenger, Ernest A. Johnson, 49, 72 Griffith Dr., Apt. B, Manhattan, had a possible injury; both were taken by ambulance to St. Luke Hospital, as was Sophia Rezek, 12, 4805 Sawyers Dr., Des Moines, a passenger in Krause’s vehicle. Police reported Krause’s other four passengers were uninjured. Both vehicles had to be towed.

Maple St. north of 60th Rd., Peabody

Miclah Matthew Koehn, 18, 1950 S. 4275, Pryor, Okla., lost control on a curve at a high speed and struck a bush, gas meter, and power pole with his 2005 Nissan coupe at 7:45 p.m. April 20. Police reported no injuries. The vehicle had to be towed.
