According to law enforcement reports released this week:

SHERIFF

Sunflower Rd. north of 140th Rd.

Darla Bryant, 57, Marion, struck a deer with her 2004 Chevrolet Blazer at 3:57 p.m. March 22.

K-15 north of 300th Rd.

Gary Morrison, 34, Great Bend, was southbound in a 1994 Mazda B2300 at 8:44 p.m. March 24 when the truck went off the wet pavement into the east ditch and struck a fence owned by Kevin Gresham of Durham. Morrison reported that a gust of wind caused the truck to hydroplane. Sheriff’s deputy Bronson Shipman reported that inattentiveness contributed to the accident.
