According to accident reports released this past week:

SHERIFF

US-77 south of 40th Rd.

Christopher Lewin, 22, Wichita, hit and killed a deer with his 2014 Kia Optima at 8:05 p.m. April 29. No injuries were reported, and the car was driven from the scene.

150th Rd. west of Falcon

Marti Litwiller, 17, Hillsboro, and a passenger, Charles Litwiller, 18, Hillsboro, were uninjured when a 2005 Chevrolet Colorado truck she was driving left the road, entered a ditch, and came to rest in a field at 11:35 a.m. May 1. The truck, belonging to Timothy Litwiller of HIllsboro, received minor damage. Marti Litwiller was charged with violating drivers license restrictions.
