These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

US-56 at US-77

A 2011 Ford F-150 pickup driven by Brent E. Pigorsch, 62, Lincolnville, was northbound on US-77 at 5:06 p.m. Oct. 1 when it struck the right side of a 2016 Ford Mustang driven by Trey Simons, 20, Emporia, in the US-56/US-77 roundabout.

US-77 north of 330th Rd.

Alexa J. Shaffer, 22, Wamego, driving a 2008 Toyota Prius, was passing a 2021 Mack semi driven by Edward P. Rondeau, 66, Paynesville, Minnesota, at 4:16 p.m. Oct. 3 when she tried to return to her lane to avoid oncoming traffic and struck the side of the semi.

50th Rd. west of Old Mill Rd.

Hunter W. Navrat, 17, Peabody, hit a cow that jumped out of a ditch at 8:27 p.m. Oct. 2 with his 2001 Ford F-150. Neither Navrat nor his passengers, Kael L. Hutchinson, 16, Mya Winter, 18, and Abriauna Fisher, 16, all of Peabody, reported injury.

K-15 north of 110th Rd.

Kathleen D. Schroeder, 66, Canton, hit a deer with her 2016 Ford Edge at 8:23 p.m. Oct. 1.

US-50 at US-77 roundabout

Rachel M. Wilson, 39, Cottonwood Falls, failed to follow the lane of the roundabout while driving her 2009 Chevrolet Malibu, hit a curb and came to a stop in the roundabout center at 6:20 a.m. Oct. 3. The Malibu was towed.

Remington Rd. north of 240th Rd.

Jerry E. Tajchman, 56, Marion, was driving a 2002 Ford F-250 pickup owned by Mike D. Beneke, Lincolnville, at 8:11 p.m. Oct. 1 when he hit two cows owned by Darvin Markley, Marion.

Timber Rd. north of 40th Rd.

Kristi A. Silvernale, 60, Peabody, hit a deer at 6:59 a.m. Oct. 4.

K-15 south of 100th Rd.

Kelly K. Barber, 60, Goessel, hit a deer at 7:55 p.m. Oct. 4 with her 2015 Kia Soreno. The Kia was towed.

Hillsboro

N. Main St. north of E. Grand St.

Shawna J. Brown, 61, Wichita, backed her 2014 Ford F-150 pickup out of a parking space at 3:25 p.m. Oct. 7 and struck a 2000 Oldsmobile Olero driven by Betty A. Gayle, 74, Hillsboro.
