These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:
SHERIFF
K-15 at 160th Rd.
Cody L. Diloreto, 31, Newton, hit a deer at 8:03 p.m. March 20 with his 2018 Jeep Wrangler, according to one of five accident reports released Friday.
The car sustained damage characterized as minor to its left front.
Sunflower Rd. south of 140th Rd.
Seth A. Banning, 33, Marion, hit a deer at 6:28 a.m. March 22 with his 2010 Chevrolet Malibu.
The car sustained disabling damage to its front and was towed.
US-56 west of Eagle Rd.
Juan B. Ghigliotty, 50, Killeen, Texas, hit two deer at 9:20 p.m. March 22 with his 2017 Ford F-250.
The pickup, also carrying passenger Angel B. Ever, 40, Boynton Beach, Florida, sustained damage characterized as minor to its right, front, and hood.
U.S.-50 west of Sunflower Rd.
Penny L. Rusch, 51, Gardner, hit a deer at 5:50 p.m. Thursday with her 2024 Kia Sportage.
Passengers were identified as Madilynn R., Delilah R., and Max F. Campbell, all of the same address. Their ages were redacted by the sheriff’s office from the open, public record of the accident.
Rusch’s sport-utility vehicle sustained disabling damage to its left front, hood, and undercarriage and was towed.
US-50 west of Wagon Wheel Rd.
Tamara K. Bailey, 45, whose address was not reported by deputy Bruce Burke, hit a deer at 6:10 a.m. Friday with a 2024 Chevrolet Impala owned by PV Holding of Chicago.
The car remained drivable with damage to its left front, hood, and undercarriage.
Colton D. Bailey, whose Wichita address was provided but whose age was redacted by the sheriff’s office from the open, public record of the accident, was listed as a passenger.
