These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

Main and 7th Sts., Florence

Inattentive driving is being blamed for a wreck at 12:53 a.m. Aug. 16 in which an all-terrain vehicle rolled and partially ejected driver Tyler J. Slater, 35, rural Peabody, according to one of three accident reports released Friday by the sheriff’s department.

Slater’s Thundercat four-wheeler sustained damage characterized as minor to its sides and hood.

Deputy Jesse Raney’s report said Slater went into a nearby house and declined to be treated by ambulance attendants.

No tickets were listed as being issued.

Locust and Division Sts., Peabody

Alexandra M. Fox, 18, Oklahoma City, was arrested on underage drinking and hit-and-run charges after a pre-dawn wreck at 4:20 a.m. Aug. 16.

Fox’s 2013 Toyota 4Runner struck a legally parked 2018 Kia Optima, owned by Cody Partridge and parked outside his residence.

Her Toyota, which then crashed into a neighboring front yard, sustained disabling damage to its right front and was towed.

Jackson L. Chase, 18, of a different Oklahoma City address was a passenger. He reported being injured but was not listed as being taken to a hospital.

The Kia remained drivable with less significant damage to its left rear.

Fox was booked into Marion County Jail on suspicion of underage driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, underage possession of alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, and failing to stop at an accident.

She was released six hours later with no bond specified.

Old Mill Rd. north of 50th Rd.

An unspecified distraction led Brandon W. Biggs, 21, Peabody, to run his 2009 Volvo off the road to the right at 10:15 p.m. Aug. 16 and hit a bridge.

The Volvo, owned by Robert C. Phelps of the same address, then crossed the centerline of the road and rolled several times.

The car was listed as destroyed, with damage to the entire vehicle.

Biggs did not report being injured. No tickets were listed as being issued.

US-56/77 south of 340th Rd.

Timothy H. Thomas, 55, Junction City, hit a dog at 10:46 p.m. Thursday with his 2017 Kia Niro, which remained drivable with damage to its right front.

Deputy Peyton Heidebrecht’s report did not list what happened to the dog or the name of its owner.

Sara L.M. Edwards, 24, and Scott B. Edwards, 48, of a different Junction City address were listed as passengers.
