These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

US-56/77/K-150 roundabout

Suspected drunken driver Caleb P. Wright, 36, Hutchinson, was taken by ambulance to St. Luke Hospital, Marion, after he was injured at 11:41 p.m. July 22 when his eastbound 2003 Oldsmobile Alero, being pursued by police, ran over a tire-flattening strip and crashed off the road to the right into a roundabout curb.

An accident report — one of three released Friday by the sheriff’s office — characterizes his car as destroyed with damage to its front, windshield, and undercarriage.

90th Rd. west of Alamo Rd.

Gene W. Vogts, 82, rural Moundridge, hit a deer at 10:57 p.m. Aug. 1 with his 2009 GMC Acadia.

The sport-utility vehicle remained drivable with damage to its front.

K-15 north of 80th Rd.

Zackary L. Guerrero, 24, Goessel, hit a deer at 5:45 a.m. Aug. 4 with his 2017 Kia Forte, which sustained disabling damage to its front third and undercarriage and was towed.
