Applicants wanted
for leadership program

Marion County is inviting residents interested in improving their personal skills and bettering their community to apply for its 2025 Leadership Program.

The program will begin Aug. 5 and include a class every two weeks through Oct. 14. An evening celebration will take place at the end of October.

Classes will consist of brainstorming sessions, countywide tours, and classroom learning. The program schedule and application are available online at https://www.marioncoks.net/ under “News and Announcements.”

Space is limited to 12 participants. Registration costs $50. The application deadline is July 3.
