Art and Music Stroll will provide variety
It will be a combination of music and art Sunday in Marion.
An Art & Music Stroll will be 1 to 5 p.m. with art on display and music performed at local businesses.
Patrons may begin the stroll on west Main Street and work their way east, across from Central Park.
- Down on the Corner, 162 W. Main St., will feature stone sculptor Beth Venetta and vocalist Andrew Kjellin.
- Sew What, 162 W. Main St., William Haynes, blown glass.
- Gallery 101, 106 E. Main St., Rick Sardou, woodcarving and Olivia Stafford, face painting, and make-and-take crafts for children.
- Gambino’s Pizza, 114 E. Main St., Michele Carter, oil painting and vocalist Michael Bieler.
- Country Lakes Café, 202 E. Main St., Francis Turner, water colors and Lance Morris, engraving; vocalists Caroline Collett and Isaac Guetersloh; Raices Hispanas Dances will perform at 2 p.m.
- Liberty Park, across from Country Lakes Café, music by “Reintarnation” with Tom Myers and Benny Holtsclaw.
- Flint Hills Gold & Silver, 210 E. Main St., Grant Charpentier, blown glass.
- Bearly Makin’ It Antiques, 308 E. Main St., airplane artist Chester Brown and fiddle player Mark Wilcox.
- Great Plains Computers & Networking, 324 E. Main St., illustrations by Bryan Davies, colored pencil drawings by Adam Johnson, and Steve Jirak, 2:30 to 4 p.m., solo double-neck guitar.
- Central Park Antiques, 330 E. Main St., Josh Meirs, pottery.
- Central Park Antiques Annex, 331 E. Main St., Fletcher Sells, photography.
- Sunflower Antiques, 333 E. Main St., Shana Rothrock, photography.
- Red Fox Cottage, across from Central Park, vocalist Amy George, 2:30 to 4 p.m.; oil paintings by Louettie Enns and Billie Keiser.
- River Mill Woods, 906 E. Main St., Gerald Wiens, photography and guitarist Ben Schierling performing Irish songs.
