Arthur Klassen

Arthur Klassen, 98, died Aug. 7 at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro. Services were Monday at Hillsboro United Methodist Church.

He was born March 12, 1921, to Peter and Marie (Nightengale) Klassen of rural Tampa. He married Drusilla Parrish Oct. 25, 1948, in Marion.

He attended Lehigh public schools. He worked for A.M.P.I. as a milk truck driver for 50 years.

Survivors include his wife, Dru Klassen of Hillsboro; daughters, Carolyn Jost of Lewisville, Texas, Dana Riling of Hillsboro, and Kim Klassen of Hillsboro; five grandsons and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by daughters Gayle Klassen and Sharon Lonard.
