Edward and Gwenn Belton of rural Tampa will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary Sunday.

They were married Oct. 9, 1976, in Overland Park.

Edward is a self-employed farmer at Belton Farms, while Gwenn is a 2nd grade teacher at Herington Elementary.

Their children are Emily French of Frisco, Colleen Hartley of Little Elm, Texas, Derek Belton of Tampa, and Gloria Belton of Plainville.
