A big crowd turned out for Harlow Warneke’s grilled hamburgers April 25. Groups from Our Savior Lutheran Church and Hilltop Manor were guests. Gayla Ratzlaff gave a program entitled “Car Fit.”

Sue Clough, Gene and Doris Winkler, Bob Crawford, and Teresa Eads boxed commodities that arrived for distribution April 25.

More volunteers were honored with a party April 23, including Gayla Ratzlaff and Lanell Hett of the Department on Aging, the newsletter crew, and transportation drivers. Clough honored Jerry Kline and Larry Blosser.

Margaret Hett provided walker bags to give away.

Myrta Billings will give the second of five presentations on “Eat Smart, Live Strong,” on May 9.
