Big locust tree cut down

To the editor:

We want to thank the City of Marion and whoever had a hand in cutting down the big locust tree at Arbor and Grant Sts.

We will no longer have to walk through all those beans and risk falling down. It was a relief to see them cutting it down. I know that the city came a couple of times and cleaned it up since we moved here five years ago. We know it is a relief to them also.
