Christopher and Marie Howell of Colorado Springs, Colo., announce the birth of a daughter, Callie Marie, born April 6, 2012, at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colo. She weighed 6 lbs., 11 ounces and was 19.5 inches tall.

Her grandparents are Robert and Karen Konarik, Marion; Mike and Glenda Conroy, Denver, Colo,; and Jerry and Angie Howell, Dallas, Texas. Bill Brower and Jackie Dorman, both of Lubbock, Texas, are her great-grandparents.
