Cormik Hajek

Jason and Carla Hajek of Hugoton announce the birth of a son, Cormik Max, Dec. 16 in Ulysses.

He weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces and was 21 inches long.

Cormik has two brothers Cooper, 5, and Carter, 2.

Grandparents are Paul and Raelene Hajek of Lost Springs and Marlin and Ginger Smith of Kensington.

Great-grandmother is Mildred Hajek of Marion.
