Weighing 8 pounds, 8 ounces, he arrived at 12:05 a.m. He was welcomed by his parents, Andrew and Melissa Methvin, and one sister, Jessica Cora Methvin, all of Peabody.

Paternal grandparents are Jack and Nancy Methvin of Lincolnville, and maternal grandparents are Ken and Cynthia Hunt of Tulsa, Okla.
