Chuck and Heidi Maggard of Cottonwood Falls announce the birth of a son, Zeke Eugene Maggard.

He was born at 1:52 p.m. Jan. 17 at Wesley Medical Center. He weighed 7 lbs., 8 ounces and was 19 inches long at birth.

Dennis and Janis Maggard of Marion and Lee and Pam Doyle of Holton are his grandparents, and his parents consider Rick and Nancy Griffin of Cedar Point as honorary grandparents.
