Bowling team takes 186th place

Tampa State Bank bowling team placed 186th out of 341 teams that competed in a three-month state tournament this spring.

Team members included Barry Allen, Jim Wyatt, Wilbert Backhus, Doug Marler, and Willard Glasco.

In doubles play, Glasco and son, Russell, finished 40th; Allen and Marler, 74th; and Backhus and Wyatt, 88th out of 971 entries.

Wyatt finished 129th in singles play and 128th in all-events play out of 1,701 entries.
