Clara Bredemeir will celebrate her 105th birthday on Oct.23 at St. Luke Living Center, 535 S. Freeborn St., Marion.

She was born Oct. 23, 1907, in the Lincolnville area where she grew up on a farm, as part of a big family. She enjoys receiving cards.
