Suzie McClintock, cardiac nurse at Hillsboro Community Hospital, was the speaker Nov. 1. She will visit the center the first Thursday of every other month.

Leland Albrecht brought treats for his birthday Nov. 5.

The Lunch Bunch visited on Nov. 6. They had requested lasagna. Any group could make such a request.

Shari Copeland of Bluestem PACE gave a Nov. 7 overview of services offered in this area.

The center will celebrate Mickey Mouse’s 90th birthday Nov. 16. Seniors are encouraged to wear Mickey Mouse watches, T-shirts, and/or ears.

The annual Thanksgiving meal, with turkey and all the trimmings, will be served Nov. 21.
