Carol Ann Unruh, 50, died Oct. 1 at Moundridge Manor in Moundridge.

She was born June 26, 1961, in Hillsboro to Dayton and Martha (Dirks) Unruh. She was a housekeeper at Salem Hospital and nursing home.

She is survived by two brothers, Warren Unruh of Lehigh and Quentin Unruh of Canton; and two sisters, Wanda Koehn of Durham and Starla Harms of Liberty, Ky.

Her funeral was Tuesday at Morning Star Mennonite Church, rural Tampa, with Ransom Wiebe, Merlin Wiebe, and Bruce Dirks officiating. Burial was in Logan Cemetery, rural Tampa. The family received guests Monday at the church.

A memorial fund has been established with Moundridge Manor.
