Carolyn McGranor

Marion native Carolyn A. McGranor, 78, of Fitchburg, Massachusetts, died July 2 at a hospital in nearby Leominster, Massachusetts.

Private services and burial were planned in Marion. Brandon Funeral Home of Fitchburg was in charge of arrangements.

Born Nov. 8, 1935, to Herbert and Lena (Robertson) Hett, she is survived by a son, Scott McGranor of Leominster; three daughters, Adah Walker of El Dorado, Lila McGehee of Leominster, and Lena Frances Barton of Joaquin, Texas; a sister, Adeline Oltman of Florida; and several grandchildren and great- grandchildren.

Her husband, Kenneth McGranor, died in 1980.
