Centre FFA gets $2,500 grant

Centre’s FFA chapter will receive $2,500 to defray expenses of additional members attending FFA’s national convention.

The donation, from a Monsanto Fund program called America’s Farmers Grow Communities, was directed by Tampa farmer Francis Jirak, one of 87 Kansans selected to choose a favorite charity to receive $2,500.
