In the matter of the estate of Marion E. Hamilton; the estate had $138,768.17 on hand May 9; deceased had three heirs, son David E. Hamilton, 104 Newport Drive, Old Hickory, Tenn.; daughter Lois E. Scheyer, 12100 Adams St., Lincoln, Neb.; and daughter Nancy J. Hornbaker, 305 Laura Lane, Holcomb; and three other devisees, stepson Timothy L. Hazelton, 2913 SE Meadowview Drive, Topeka; stepdaughter Kim L. Bennett, 625 N.
