Aramark was ordered Feb. 19 to garnish $2,401.89 from wages of Lola J. Diehl for a court order to pay Hospital District No. 1 for unpaid medical bills.

Matthew and Stephanie Bryant, parents of HB, a child fatally injured, and EB, a child seriously injured in a March 6, 2023, accident, were ordered to receive $200,000 for injury and wrongful death. The money is to be paid by Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance Co.

Analisa Defiesta was ordered Feb. 2 to pay Velocity Investments $5,597.40 plus costs and interest for an unpaid loan.

William and Christa Dine were ordered Jan. 30 to pay Hospital District No. 1 $3,373 plus costs and interest for unpaid medical bills.

Nicholas B. Ervin filed a petition March 5 against Justin S. Morgan MD, Stephen G. Grillot DO, and nurse practitioner Gail Boaldin. Ervin seeks more than $75,000, claiming medical malpractice and wrongful death in treatment of Stephanie L. Ervin on July 25 and 26, 2022, at Hillsboro Community Hospital. Ervin claims negligence on the parts of all defendants for failing to properly assess, treat, or transfer her to a hospital capable of caring for her.

Gateway Mortgage filed a petition Feb. 28 against Jonah Ray Spore seeking to foreclose a mortgage on property at 201 S. Buller St. in Goessel. The bank seeks $83,233.85 plus costs and interest, with the property to be sold.

John Graham was ordered Jan. 30 to pay Hospital District No. 1 $112 plus costs and interest for unpaid medical bills.

Randon Production Co. was ordered Feb. 27 to pay MFA Oil Co. $9,496.11 plus costs and interest for failure to pay petroleum bills in full.

Andrew Strauser was ordered Feb. 14 to pay TD Bank $1,787.96 plus costs and interest for unpaid credit card bills.

Paige L. Williams was ordered Oct. 23 to pay First National Bank of Omaha $3,770.09 plus costs and interest for unpaid credit card bills.
