Progressive Northwestern Insurance Company filed suit June16 against Ryan Richmond for $38,234.72 it paid for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and mental anguish to its insured, Deborah Nickel, as a result of a May 5, 2018, accident. Nickel was driving west on 190th Rd. when Richmond, towing a disabled vehicle, pulled into the road from K-256, striking her car. At the time, Nickel did not report injury. Richmond was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Glacier Petroleum Inc., doing business as Glacier Well Service, filed suit June 17 against CK Oil and Gas and First National Bank of Hope seeking $17,037.90 owed for work on a well or enforcement of a $22,078.91 mechanic’s lien.

Central National Bank filed suit Thursday against Daniel J. Depler seeking $3,447.98 plus costs and interest for an unpaid loan.
