Marion County Sheriff’s Office filed a petition for forfeiture of a 9mm handgun and a 2003 Buick Century taken from Rashawn Pleass during an April 8 arrest. Pleass was charged April 21 with possession of oxycodone with intent to sell, distribution of methamphetamine, criminal possession of a firearm, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
Mahlon B. Riggs filed suit Monday against Amy Erickson, Kansas Department of Revenue, and Kansas Highway Patrol seeking to quiet title on a 1991 Jeep Wrangler he purchased from Erickson.
