Marion County sheriff’s office filed notice Feb. 7 of intent to seize a 2018 black Honda Civic owned by Amanda Radke. Radke was charged Jan. 25 with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine with no drug tax stamp, and criminal possession of a firearm.
