Troy Madron Jr. was ordered Feb. 25 to pay Stormont Vail Health $1,225.81 plus costs and interest for unpaid medical bills.

Osage Capital filed suit Feb. 24 against Donohue Manufacturing, Amy and Douglas Kjellin, and LKBAR, LLC. Osage seeks $1,112,180.17 plus costs and interest and to foreclose mortgages on land and company equipment and the land and equipment to be sold at a sheriff’s sale. Osage Capital dismissed Doug and Amy Kjellin without prejudice the following day.

Melissa A. Smith was ordered Feb. 24 to pay Barclays Bank Delaware $13,018.76 plus costs and interest for unpaid credit card bills.
