Edwin and Linda Robinson filed suit April 3 against Janet and Kevin Robinson and Jackie and Michael Sigwing. Edwin and Linda Robinson claim that they own five tracts of land not suitable to being partitioned and seek for the court to order partition of the land and to set a date for the defendants to indicate their desire to purchase the properties at appraised value. If none of the parties elect to purchase the properties, or if two or more elect to purchase in opposition to each other, the plaintiffs ask the court to order the sheriff to sell the properties.
