Cogdill claims Justin Deines was driving am oncoming tractor / combine across the centerline of 360th Rd. on Sept. 29, 2023, which caused Cogdill to collide with the tractor. Cogdill claims multiple injuries to his left ankle, right wrist, face, head, right hand and fingers, left arm, left elbow, chest, pelvis / abdomen, and cervical spine / neck and that he may have had aggravation to a pre-existing condition. He seeks more than $75,000.
