Commodities available to low-income homes

Commodities for low-income households will be distributed Sept. 15.

New monthly income maximums are $1,396 for a household of one plus about $492 for each additional person.

Cases will be available first come, first served at each of these pickup sites in proportion to the number of households fitting income guidelines in that community.

Sept. 15

  • Burns Community Center, morning.
  • Lincolnville Community Center, 10:30 to 11 a.m.
  • Marion Senior Center, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Lost Springs residents may pick up at 11 a.m.
  • Peabody Senior Center, 10 to 11:30 a.m.
  • Pilsen Community Center, 10 a.m.,
  • Ramona Community Center, 10:30 a.m.
  • Tampa Senior Center, 3 to 4 p.m.
  • Goessel Mennonite Church, 5 to 6 p.m.

Sept. 16

  • Florence Senior Center, 9 to 11 a.m.

Sept. 18

  • Hillsboro Main Street Ministries, 9 a.m. to noon. Also the pickup site for Lehigh and Durham residents.

Pallets commodities arrived on will be free for the taking at Marion Senior Center after all food is distributed.
