Congress candidate to speak

Democrat Patrick Schmidt, incumbent Jake LaTurner’s challenger in the congressional district that now includes Marion County, will speak at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the basement meeting room of Marion Community Center, 203 N. 3rd St.
