Dean Forsberg and Ethan Forsberg were dinner guests Monday of Evelyn Forsberg. Glenn Carlson was a Monday afternoon visitor.

Joyce and Ruth Ann Carlson hosted a 50th birthday supper Feb. 24 for Peggy Carlson at their home. Those attending were Peggy and Marcus Carlson, Duane and Karen Carlson and Carrie, Ronnie and Susan Carlson, Steve and Janet Matz, Naomi Nelson, and Tom Nelson.

Linda Carlson entertained noon Sunday with a birthday dinner for Mike Carlson. Guests were Charles and Arlene Carlson. Afternoon visitors were Jean Brunner and Tucker Brunner.

Evelyn Forsberg visited Mary Deane Peterson Wednesday.

Perry Gutsch visited Darlene Gutsch after work Thursday.

Teresa Hageberg and Kenny Roberts, both of Topeka, were weekend guests of Gary and Marilyn Hageberg. Those celebrated Teresa’s birthday. Gary and Marilyn Hageberg, Teresa Hageberg, Kenny Roberts, and Denice Hageberg and Trevor ate supper together Saturday evening at a café in Lost Springs.

Dean Forsberg and Ethan were Thursday afternoon visitors of Evelyn Forsberg.

Forrest and Marie Anderson met Gary and Karen Korte of Emporia and Erik Korte and friend, Sarah Jeffery of Columbia, Mo., Sunday morning for brunch at a restaurant in Council Grove. They spent the rest of the day visiting at the home of Forrest and Marie at Burdick.

Evelyn Forsberg visited Jane Rickenbrode, Wade and Morgan Friday afternoon at Council Grove.

Darlene Gutsch visited Jeff and Gayla Deines, Shelby, Justin, and Jessica of Manhattan Friday evening. Darlene Gutsch, Jeff and Gayla Deines, Justin, Jessica, and Dustin Burnett ate supper out at Lost Springs. Darlene visited with the Deines’ after supper while the kids did laundry because her washer has not yet been connected.

Charles and Arlene Carlson attended a sale Friday at a cow/calf ranch at Lost Springs. Kent Brunner, Mark Brunner, and Nolan Brunner held the sale. Arlene baked many cinnamon rolls, which were served at a dinner.

Evelyn Forsberg attended confirmation services Saturday evening at St. Rose Catholic Church at Council Grove. Her grandson, Wade Rickenbrode, was a member of the class. She attended a supper after the service at Morris County 4-H Building and sponsored by the altar society.

Burdette and Maureen Peterson and Mary Deane Peterson attended the Lutheran Gloria Dei Church Sunday morning at Wichita with Ron and Jenny Schrader, Hunter and Shea. They met Cesar Salazar, Rigo and Marion at a restaurant in Andover where Kelli works and had lunch together. They celebrated Jenny Schrader’s birthday.

Gary and Marilyn Hageberg entertained noon Sunday with a birthday dinner for Teresa Hageberg. Other guests were Kenny Roberts and Mike and Denice Hageberg.

Harry Schump of Herington brought dinner Sunday to Evelyn Forsberg. He was an afternoon and evening visitor. Other evening visitors were Tim and Karen Biehler of Herington.

Please remember my sister, Dorothy Rindt, of Wichita, as she has been a patient since Friday at Wesley Medical Center as the result of a slight stroke.
